Since 1992, Source Capital, Ltd. has been providing business consulting, merger and acquisition assistance and corporate finance advice to Pittsburgh Tag Systems, Inc. In 1997, we advised the Company on its merger with Liberty Business Forms and Systems, Inc. During the past several years, a considerable amount of post-merger integration was needed. This resulted in the decision to close manufacturing operations in New York, Pennsylvania, Georgia and California and to open a new, consolidated manufacturing plant including a considerable upgrade in equipment. A private equity recapitalization was needed to fund the restructured operations. Since 1982, Source has offered an integrated approach to addressing issues and implementing solutions involving wealth planning, growth strategy, company capitalization, and operational effectiveness to principal owners of privately-held, medium-sized businesses. |
